Position: Center Manager
Responsibilities:-

  • Sales and Marketing
    • Preparing business plan for the center and implementing it.
    • Responsible for achieving targets for the center.
    • Counsel and enroll students.
    • Planning and conducting ATL and BTL campaigns.
    • Taking seminars at schools and colleges.
  • Service Delivery
    • Planning batches and scheduling faculty.
    • Monitoring class conduction and faculty feedback.
    • Ensuring quality of training is of the highest standard.
  • Operations
    • Management of all activities at the center and general office maintenance.
    • Train and manage staff at the center.
    • Maintaining all records in the center including accounts, student enrollments, logistics, etc.
    • Prepare and send reports to head office as per company policy.

Key Competencies

  • Good knowledge of the industry
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in test prep industry
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage people and relationships
  • Self driven with strong adherence to deadlines
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, Internet, etc

Position: Student Relations Executive
Responsibilities:-

  • Call students and provide information about the company’s products and convince them to enroll
  • Ensure all incoming calls are answered in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and correct information to customers at all time (Calls/Emails/Chat)
  • Record all calls by documenting status, comments in the database/platform
  • Keep students notified with product updates
  • Maintain high level service to customers
  • Maintain record of students
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationship with team members
  • Adhere to processes, standards, targets & objectives
  • Proper follow up.

Key Competencies:-

  • Must have good experience in tele-sales.
  • Must have good communication skills in English & hindi
  • Good negotiation and convincing Skills.
  • High energy level
  • Knowledge of Ms Office.
  • Good listener.
