Responsibilities
- Call students and provide information about the company’s products and convince them to enroll
- Ensure all incoming calls are answered in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and correct information to customers at all time (Calls/Emails/Chat)
- Record all calls by documenting status, comments in the database/platform
- Keep students notified with product updates
- Maintain high level service to students
- Develop and maintain productive working relationship with team members
- Adhere to processes, standards, targets & objectives
- Proper follow up
